How long will it take to process my order?
Upon payment, I will email a customized proof (usually within 24-48 hours). I ask that you *thoroughly* examine this proof for any possible errors. After you approve the proof, your order will be processed and shipped (usually within the following 24-48 hours). If you fail to approve the proof after 5 business days, your order will be shipped to you on the following business day *as is*.

How does the checkout process work?
After clicking the "Buy Now" button, you will be taken to a secure paypal checkout. At the time of payment, please include all personalization info, along with your email address. Upon payment, a customized proof will be emailed to you for your approval.

Do you accept returns?
If you have approved the proof beforehand, and the order is incorrect, I will not accept returns. If, however, the error is on my part, I will gladly recreate your order and promptly reship it.

I would like to see my pet on a mailing label. Is that possible?
Sure! Of course, keep in mind that the picture will be placed in an area roughly 1 inch x 2 inch, so most pictures will have to be cropped and/or resized. Email me a picture along with your ideas before purchase and we will work from there.

What fonts are available?
Most any you can think of! Unfortunately, I have no way of listing all available fonts on this site. However, if you want to purchase a particular label design (i.e., the Daisy) but prefer the font of another (i.e., Cat in basket), just note your preference at checkout.

Can I see a proof of my labels BEFORE I purchase?
Sure! Send me an email at missdivacreations@yahoo.com and specify which label design. Be sure to include all personalization info you would like to see on the proof. A proof will be emailed for your consideration, usually within 24 hours. If you like what you see, place an order!
